This immersive program is designed to develop the self as instrument—where your body, emotions, presence, and awareness become your most powerful leadership tools.
Through guided experiential work, deep relational practice, and real-time feedback, you'll build the capacity to stay grounded in discomfort, hold space for complexity, and lead with integrity, aliveness, heart, and greater awareness.

What You’ll Experience

4 immersive in-person modules/year (Thu–Sun) in Philadelphia

1 annual weekend retreat

Integration via Zoom (individual in Year 1, group in Year 2)

Deep experiential training in somatic, emotional, and relational leadership
Note: The first 6 months are a probationary phase. At the end of this probationary period, candidates will be evaluated as to suitability to continue on with the two-year professional training program.
